Doomsday Sanction

I decided it was probably about time that I uploaded the episode guide entry for the Doomsday Sanction before the new episodes start showing. For me this is the one where the conspiracy stuff really catches alight. This Saturday is the Task Force X episode on Cartoon Network.

  1. Wow I’m so impressed with your website that I want to do my own I’m 11years old and it crushed me to see Doomsady kill Superman . So everything I can get my hands regarding this topic makes me happy . I saw this episode and was real glad to see The league get rid of Doomsday , but Batman was not too impressed , I don’t know why ?. Keep up the great work .

  2. Hi Rafael.

Batman’s was scared that Superman was beginning to act like his counterpart from the Justice Lords (as judge and jury) and he didn’t want his friend to go down that path. It’s the same fear that made the Government create Cadmus. Sometimes good people don’t know when they’ve crossed the line.

  3. Admittedly, I haven’t seen this episode yet. But surely sending Doomsday to the Phantom Zone is no different—except perhaps—safer—than sending him back to Cadmus? Doomsday can pose no threat to anyone from within the Phantom Zone, and who’s to say Cadmus won’t use him to their own ends, with disastrous consequences?
